| We offer a variety
of accommodations to our guests which include heat/air conditioning, cable
TV, direct dial outgoing telephones, free wireless Internet, microwaves,
coffee makers and complimentary coffee, refrigerators, am/fm clock radios
and daily housekeeping.
Motel Rooms: All rooms have private full baths with either two
double beds, one queen or one king size bed.
Efficiencies: One or Two room fully equipped kitchenettes with
private full baths, some with screened in porches. Our efficiencies will
comfortably accommodate 4 persons.
Apartments: One or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes
with private full baths, some with screened in porches. Weekly rentals
that will accommodate 4-6 persons. Perfect for families!
Offsite Cottage: Brand new Two Bedroom cottage that comfortably
sleeps 4 people. Perfect for families. Full kitchen, open living
space, and three season screened porch. Equipped with a private gas
BBQ grill. There is a community outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi to
enjoy. As an added bonus, you can also enjoy all the amenities of
the Ne'r Beach Motel.
Note: We can only guarantee a room type, not a room number. Three
nights are required during high season. Most 2 room efficiencies
have a 1 week minimum in peak season.
Deposits:

A $200.00 deposit is required for weekly reservations.

A one night stay deposit is necessary for shorter stays.

Balance is due upon arrival = payable by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Cash
or USD & Travelers Check. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted upon
arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
1. A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the
Ne'r Beach Motel and you. It assures that your accommodations will
be kept available for you on the dates indicated, and it assures that we
can turn away other potential quests for the dates indicated.
2. Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation
is received at least TWO (2) weeks prior to arrival date.
3. Cancellations received in advance of TWO (2) weeks will be subject
to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
4. It is understood that the Ne'r Beach Motel cannot accept responsibility
for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury,
etc.

Smoking in designated rooms only. A $200. fee will incur if you smoke
in or in the doorway of a non-smoking room.

Pets are $10 per day and are only allowed in pet rooms.

A $200 cleaning fee will incur if a pet is in a non-pet room. Credit card
pet deposits are required for undisclosed accidents.
Check in is 2:00 pm /Check out is 11:00 am
