From the North:

• Take I-95 South to Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford)
• Take Left onto Route 109 
• Take first Right onto Chapel Road
• Take Right onto Route 1 South
• Drive 1.9 miles
• The Ne'r Beach Motel is on the Right.
