All of our rooms have complimentary coffee, microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers.  The kitchenettes (efficiencies) have full kitchens and much more to offer.  All of our clean comfortable rooms have private baths, am/fm clock radios, heat and air conditioning, and cable color TV with front AV jacks, so don’t forget to bring the VCR or playstation for the kids.  Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. We are very pleased to announce that our new pool is completed and now ready for use.  It's nice and warm in the pool - Heated Swimming pool up to 86 degrees in season.  In addition, we now have gas grills and our picnic area has been expanded.  Also, outdoor lobster cookers are available for that REAL MAINE LOBSTER EXPERIENCE that you don't want to miss on your visit to Maine.  Buy lobsters locally from one of our many lobster pounds and cook them right here!

All the two room suites have a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. In the main living area there are a few different choices. Two of the units have a twin bed and pull out couch (full size bed)  that would comfortably accommodate a family of 5.  One of the units has just a pull out couch(full size bed) in the living area. The other two room kitchens all have 2 twin beds in the living area, perfect for the family of 4. All the units have a kitchen table, refrigerator, stove top, (some have ovens) microwave, toaster, coffee maker.  Some units have screened in porches.  We supply all the dishes, silverware, pots & pans, & coffee filters.
